Dr. William J. Alexander is a chiropractic physician with more than 10 years of clinical experience helping patients with musculoskeletal conditions, nerve-related pain, and movement-related problems. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, magna cum laude, from Palmer College of Chiropractic, followed by a Master of Science in Clinical Research.
His advanced clinical training has included neurological assessment and rehabilitation, with an emphasis on movement, coordination, and balance. He uses this training to evaluate how the nervous system and musculoskeletal system work together to influence pain, movement, and function.
Dr. Alexander provides conservative, non-drug and non-surgical care for spine and nerve-related conditions, joint and muscle pain, and certain types of headaches. Depending on the patient’s needs, care may include chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitation, exercise, and other conservative therapies.
He believes patients benefit when chiropractic care is part of a coordinated approach to healthcare. Here at Michigan Neurology Associates, he works as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, collaborating with neurologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
His goal is simple: to help patients understand their condition, improve their function, and get back to doing the things that matter to them.
