Office Locations and Hours

Michigan Neurology Associates has three general offices including our sleep center. Our offices are open Monday through Friday. One of our physicians is also on call 24 hours a day including weekends. See below for complete addresses, phone numbers, and maps.

Calling for Appointments

When you call our office for an appointment, our receptionist will ask you a few routine questions. Please have your insurance information available when you call. You will also be told if a referral from your primary care physician is needed. Your appointment will usually be scheduled within two weeks. If you are in pain, tell our receptionist and she will promptly schedule an appointment. Every effort will be made to honor your appointment time, however, if an unforeseen emergency delays your appointment time, your patience and understanding will be appreciated.
